If we're being real, it goes without saying that lockdown is hard. It has become harder to feel happy, to have a positive outlook on life and to make sense of so many things that either directly impacts us or surround us. It's ok to feel sad. In fact, it makes perfect sense to feel down since we were born to live and not exist in our homes. We're holding onto the fact that what comes down must go back up. And it will go back up 🤗…until then we can discover more about ourselves and come out with renewed perspective, purpose and empathy. That's the silver lining 💜.
